Three Women Artists

November 16, 2009

I am part of a group of 12 women artists that have met every month for over 25 years. This wimsical interpretation was done, tongue in cheek, in their honor. Each one of them is an inspiration and an important part of my life. This piece was auctioned off to support the YWCA of Youngstown, Ohio. (c) 2008

This assemblage is going to be featured in the book “Creating in all Dimensions” by Gretchen Bierbaum. I’m very excited about this opportunity! The section covering my piece has been layed out wonderfully and a sliver of it is even featured on the cover ! I’m not sure of it’s release date but it shouldn’t be long! (c) 2008

Ding-a-ling DNA

When I first saw the small “baby” bells I instantly knew what I would do with them. It doesn’t happen this way for me very often. When they were done I knew that they needed more so you can imagine how excited I was when I came across “mama bell !” (c) 2008
